THe best story I have ever wrote

It was the middle of the night the sky was black, like if you were to walk into a cave and a big rock covered the entry. I thought I heard a whisper it sounded like it was a monster thing. I thought it said “come with me if you choose not to I will take you and you will never come back to this bed or if I am in a bad mood, you will never come to life”. It sounded like a dream I know but I know it isn’t. So thinking it was my mind playing games with me I went back to sleep well I tried anyway.





I was awake my 1 hour anyway so there was no point in trying. I got up the next day and when I was getting out of bed I felt something slimy grab me and pull my leg. Next thing I know I fell on the carpet face first. I got a feeling that something was under my bed. But my next thought was “come on Chris you are 23 you are not a kid get on with it, there is nothing under your bed your aren’t 2” I got up and had cornflakes and then got dressed all the stuff anybody else does. But today was not the same it was different.





I went out the front door said goodbye to my dog Doza and left. I got in my bright red Honda (it was only new). And looked out my window and thought I left my keys inside so I got out and because I didn’t have my keys the door was unlocked. I went in and grabbed my keys and locked the door and went to go and get in my Honda. And it had a scratch right down the left hand side of the car. I looked closer and inside the big scratch it was a little bit green. Only like the green that you get when you blow your nose.





So when I got in my Honda I was almost crying. Sorry I was crying. It was not the little nice looking tears they were as big as raindrops. After I got over that I started to think that I heard a monster like noise last night, I tripped over by what felt like a green slimy hand, and my brand new bright red Honda had a big scratch down the side of it and in the scratch it had green slimy stuff. I thought I was going nuts, so I just went to work.





About 1 hour later I got to work because someone on state highway 1 crashed and she said”It felt like there was a monster chasing me so I moved and then crashed” When I walked out of the supermarket ( Because I had to get milk for all 45 co-workers) the fire alarms were going off. All 45 of my co-workers were safe and sound. So I just stood there dropped the milk and thought “ What made this place go up in flames” the more I looked at the fire the more it went green more and more. I just decided to go home and go back to bed and start this day over again.





So I was going to go to my car but my legs were stuck to the ground and I looked at my feet and it was a green super glue. After I got out of that I got in my car and went home. But when I got home my front down was open. Someone or something had robbed me. So I went to see if my dog and all of my other stuff was OK. When I walked in to the house there were green footprints all around my new black carpet. So I got over that and then keeped on walking around the house I got to my bedroom. I saw a boogie colored monster standing on my king single bed. He had 3 eyes 2 legs and 5 green slimy hands. I kneeled down and begged him to not take me to his home. He said “ My house is under your bed” Shaking I said sorry and that he could have anything we liked but not my cute little dog. And the big green monster said I just need a friend.








So from that cold October night me and Jeff ( the monster) have been best friends we do everything together. I got him and home to live in and now nothing like this has ever happened again.

Recount of Beach Day 11.11.19

First it was raining so I thought that we will not go to the beach but we did.  So Lisa took us in one of the vans to the Otaki Surf Lifesaving Club. When we got there we saw Cassie and Damien they were showing us everything.


First we did a tour of the clubhouse and then we put are bag in the changing rooms. It smelt very very bad. After that we went out to shed's and had a look at the stuff in there. In there was an IRB (Inflatable Rescue Boat) Levi got in and so did Devon I looked very unhappy because I was cold because I had no other clothes to wear. Then we went back inside.

We went in a room and learnt CPR and DRS ABC. when we were doing that Mum came and dropped some clothes off. Then she left.  I was so warm now.  I felt very funny doing it. We did some other stuff and then went upstairs to another room.

We had something to eat after that. Then we did a race all around the place.It went like this. The best one was putting 6 marshmallows in our mouth. The worst one was eating a raw weet-bix it was very very bad. then we did a beach clean in the rain. The photo of us outside was when we ate raw weet-bix.

Next we went to Otaki pool because it was to rainy and cold to go swimming in the sea. Then we did an race on each others back we lost but to bad. Then we went back to school and chilled out for the 15 mins of school we had left.

Trip recount

Yesterday we went to the gorge. In the car I went in the car with Lucy and some other people. When we got there I got out of the car and I started jumping across a little stream. On the 10 jump I stepped in the water and my socks got wet very very wet. Then we went down to the river and started putting stones in the river.

Then Mr Ward called everyone over and wwe got put into little groups. Then the year 11s took my group down to the river and we made a fire. We started make smores I dropped one on my leg. Now I have a big burn mark on my leg.

After that went to the forest and made like a camp shelter thing with tarpaulins and rope. We sat down and had something to eat. We packed up and left to the river again.

When we got there we made some boats and then dropped them off the swinging bridge and mine didn't float but that is OK. Then we had lunch

Everybody played capture the flag it was very hard. I think we won. I said to lucy who knew that old people could run like that.

I went to Lucy house for a couple of hours and then went home and went to bed.

Week 8 term 3 reflection

One thing I have enjoyed about school this week is not to play netball for 4 hours and then go to school when you have P.E the next day.

One thing I have learned this week is that to always to look at your timetable before you go to school.

One thing I am grateful for is my mum's car ( and dad's)

One thing I will work on next week is getting up early so dad doesn't yell at me.

El Rancho trip

Yesterday SWL MNL SOL we went to El Rancho in Waikanae. I got put in a group Lucy Bella Daisy Olivia Harriet Legend Kobain and Kotaku. First we went to soft Archery. The aim was to hit the other team and then they where out.

Then after that we went to Go Karting. I went first and the yellow one was broken. We still had fun. After everyone had a turn I went again.

Then we had Lunch.

We went to the rifles and I was shooting a toy hanging on a rope then it came back and hit me in the head so now I have a bump on my head.

Week 7 term 3 reflection

I have enjoyed going rock climbing.
I  have learned to bring long pants to outdoor rock climbing.
One thing I am looking forward to next week is finishing my maths tasks from today
I will work on being quiet next week.

The worst trip of my life

T-Rex

It was all over the T-Rex roamed the earth once again. As it splashed against the boat I could feel it's hot breath all over my body. Ewwwww. It was spitting all over me and big chunks of meat were now all over me. Once again Ewwwww. As it splashed the water with its huge and I mean huge feet I could taste the salt in the water ( I think he stepped in some poo too ) for the 3rd time Ewwwww. He was going to eat me this was it. No school ( which wouldn't be the worst thing ever) no family and no friends. Just me myself and I. It's green scaly skin The green on it looked like someone had puked on him. His tiny little arms were soooo cute. Next thing I know Mum and Dad woke me up and said that was the longest sleep ever. I was sweating all over and I was still scared for life. Worst dream ever. That was 20 years ago now and I geass I can forget that now that I am 30. So hope you liked My story.

This is a drawing that I drew today

Test Lunch 1

This is my rocket. It has Zeph, Keira, Lucy on it. the fins where on the bottom of the rocket and you can see the shape of them in the photo. We had 3 of them. We had a parachute and it was made from a rubbish bag. We made the nose cone from a sprite bottle. We painted NASA on it. Lucy did all the painting.

Our first test lunch  went really really bad it nearly blew up and our  parachute did not open. I think it was because  we had the nose cone on to hard. We had 60psi and 200ml of water. It was pretty cool and next time I think we should not put the nose cone on too hard.
